Wiley Companies and Botanoceutical Products, Inc. (“BPI”) are pleased to announce the completion of a transaction under which Wiley Companies has acquired BPI’s Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO) product line, including CMO Wax, CMO Oil, and CMO Powder.
